I have a new site up and runnig, on a old business I run. I thought that by putting up a website could not hurt. So I want to get everyones feedback I can on it and how well they can navigate it and get their feedback. Let me know your honest opinion.

I hardly know where to start. This is probably one of the worst websites I've seen to critique yet. Visually, it's all about you - not one "what's in it for me" statement. No benefits and no call to action. The banner is way too big; over 3/4 of the screen consumed and it says nothing. There is also too much text on the landing page, and it rambles, is full of grammatical and spelling errors, and sentence structure problems.
Work on your copy (spelling and grammar), and reduce each of the topics to a few short sentences. If you need to say more, then link to another page. Say something - anything - about why I am here and what it is that you want me to do.
Finally, your "video". A slide show, with copyrighted music. What in the world are you trying to say, or sell? I have no idea, but I would guess that you are selling website design?
Sorry to be so blunt, but this site needs a lot of work.
Unfortunately, many sites created with officelive or other site creation programs lack originality, solid site design, and basic SEO.
While it is possible to use such programs to generate a good site... the creator must understand web design, SEO, and how to take advantage of the features of any site creation program.
While you say :

Your site does not demonstrate such expertise :-(

I'm sorry, but how can you claim "we provide information on how to market and design your web site to optimize your presence on the World Wide Web" when your own website is far, far, far, from showcasing this.
Anyone even having a slightest thought about hiring you should read What to look for in a Web Designer first.
