I need to find an IP Attorney who is reasonably priced.  I need a couple of things completed (a custom license agreement and trademark submission).

Does anybody know someone who will not pillage a small business?

I think what you need to get for yourself and your small business is pre-paid legal services. For about 49.99 a month, you can have all the benefits and protection your company deserves. I have a friend that can help you.. If you are interested I can send her your way.
The pre-paid legal package is what I currently have. I get family coverage plus, business coverage too..
