I have a start up website that is providing a service to a region.  I`ve formed a web lottery club for Michigan residents to pool their money and increase their odds on winning. Lottery clubs are allowed in Michigan and the games played are legal state run games.  However, whenever I try to be specific in the type of games and service, MSN, Yahoo and Google restrict my adwords saying that they refer to gambling and are restricted.  Help! Any suggestions on adwords that would could be searched for and not be restricted???  The address of my site is www.motownlotto.com.

Is there other ways to advertise that might be more effective?

Do many people search for "Michigan lottery clubs"?

People do search for winning lottery numbers but I`m not allowed to use these words to advertise.

There are casino websites that are popular but they don`t allow me to post forum emails due to fear of spamming.

I would suggest either creating a social network or start a group in other social networks like myspace, gathering, etc.  Their are thousands of groups at these sites.  Start a group and promote it to the hilt!

I would look around the net using certain keywords. Also you could use Google trends to see what people are looking for concerning your website.

Forget about PPC ads. You have a legal  restriction there. Even if you find a keyword not banned, they will look to your landing site and as it offers gambling-related services, the ad will be banned.

I suggest working to get a good position on organic search. Write articles and submit it to ezinearticles.com or similar sites. Go to lotto related forums, and post comments on the topic. Don`t forget to include your url in the signature.
