I hope I use the right section for my question.
I have a LLC company in Wyoming that I want to dissolve. I then found this link: https://www.incorporate.com/closing_a_business.htm. They will do it for $135 plus state fees.
Then I have Googled around for some info regarding dissolve a company in Wyoming and it's looks like this is the only form I will need: http://soswy.state.wy.us/Forms/Business/LLC/LLC-ArticlesDissolution.pdf.
Could this be the case, that this form is the only form I need? In that case I only have to spend $50, instead of $135 plus state fees.
