Thanks, I have been spending the last few months thinking about the things I can really offer, and how to let it be known. Your suggestions along with a few others are a great help.

I know some people in the fields you mentioned and thought that that is a good place to probably start to target my ads to. I will have to give it some thought how I can apply my "nitch" to their needs.

I now am in the process of becoming an authorized IRS e-filer, and to start offering true e-filing and RAL agreements to clients next season. Thank again for the help. If you ever need an opinion or research help let me know.  Henry

A while ago, the back window of my car broke down. The cable broke or came loose...what evurrh! :-D Anyway, it Stopped! So I jammed a stick in the rubber, taped the sides, and figured I`d wait until Santa Clause brought me the money to get it fixed.

The other day, I go out to drive someplace and there`s a business card, stuck between the window and rubber on the driver`s side front. It`s for a guy who does auto glass repairs. Just that...a business card.

What an Excellent way to market a business! I kept the card. :-D

Why not do something similar, and go around to new housing developments, construction areas (small), and contract work sites. Find the main trailer, then put a business card that says what you offer in the mailbox, on the door, or something like that? Make sure your tag-line on the card clearly explains what you`re doing that`s different---maybe the traveling accountant idea, or that you`ll organize a shoebox of receipts into a workable accounting system.
