I wanted to launch my services in my region California and seek the advice of my fellow entrepreneurs.
1) Which one is more powerful? Word of mouth (from a satisfied customer) or a TV commercial?
2) Would you rather spend money on TV, Radio and newspaper ads or pass on the savings to your customers?
I am more inclined of going by passing the saving to my customers. Meaning I would rather give my customers a chance to get free services when they refer me to a # of customers. Rather than spending thousands of dollars in advertising in the dark and having no response.
Any feedback would truly be appreciated.
