Adding links to signature

I tried to put this in the FAQ section, but it won`t let you post new topics. So I`m posting here.

How do you add a link to your signature? There is no WYSIWYG editor so I tried to use html, but that doesn`t work either. Other people have links so I know there has to be a way.

I did a quick search for "signature link" and found this page.

Why is my signature url not a "link"?
