As a real estate broker, I am overloaded! In the sense, I have too many clients, whom I am unable to handle. I would like to limit my number of clients to as many I can handle and not over burden myself. I don’t want to sell my business either, I am looking for a feasible solution where I can pass on my excess clients to someone and also earn a commission from it.

Are you running your own real estate company? Why not hire others the handle a lot of the clients for you? I`m not positive how real estate commissions work, but couldn`t the company take at least a small percentage of the commissions?

My Dad use to work for a large real estate company.  The individual agents shared the commission on any sale with the company.

So then hiring staff members shouldn`t be a problem.

Hire some additional real estate agents so your client base can be more easily serviced without stretching yourself too thin. You want to be able to grow, and right now that can be very difficult if you are having difficulty servicing the amount of clients you have currently.
