There is a man who was once a professor of mine. He used to be "all that" in the computer industry, but has failed to get the skills for the basic technology. Yesterday he asked me to be his partner after he fired his other partner for not doing what he wanted. This man is unethical, given to verbal abuse, and a tech leech, so I declined. I was putting some video on his Website and he required that I sign a noncompete. He is so afraid someone is going to steal his ideas, but the Website he is presenting was done by students, not him. Should I say something to his boss or leave it?
