Does anyone happen to know what the rough avg of utility costs might be on a small 2000 SF cafe in CA?

We're in talks with the owner and I'm trying to get all the financials in order.

We have rent figured, payroll, food costs, but utility differs based on what type of restaurants they are.

Maybe someone here in CA might be able to help me?

Thanks

James

An oft-cited statistic is $0.20 per month per square foot for average utility consumption. Double that to include water, sewer, and trash removal. You may be able to ask business owners in the same area what their experience is. People are usually genuinely happy to help.
