For the most part, Technophiles. The hobbyist community is by no mean limited in my eyes. On top of that the hobbyist will only grow in numbers as the Internet spreads through more countries.

As for the site. I have an idea that I`m going to run by everyone. I am in IT and I am in a state of constant learning. My idea is to provide a site that links and talks about everything I do on a daily basis to learn and grow my career. The content will be in conjunction with a blog about what I do to learn and why i`m doing. I will also provide free blogs for any who wants to talk about the same. I think it will attract not only people who are in the same position ( anyone in a Tech field ) but others who like to study how learning takes place.
