Hi, i was reading a article , in a pc mag, about a service from a company named Cyberdefender, called LiveTech .  its a live tech support for pcs. with a 24 hour support w/ remote access, for a annual fee they will go in and diagnose any software problems, me i run a small business, and PC problems always seem to occur at the most unconvient times, for i have 7 pcs running off a Network, and cant afford to have one problem spread thruout my system, so far the service has been great, if anyone would like to check this service out, for it has saved me many times
