Here`s a link to a good article about VCs from Seth Godin`s blog. I`ve read a bunch about venture capital and it is nice to see some that information broken down into an easy-to-digest list.

Great article! I think when doing a business plan, it is important to know how much you would sell your business for after three years. Investors want to know what they will get out of it.
