A designer friend of mine is living out his dream of going to culinary school. I thought some of the "foodies" here might enjoy reading his blog about the experience.

I too love cooking and learn cooking where are these classes held.Can you give me some information about it.

I only watch over-the-air digital TV with PBS and CREATE. The latter has cooking classes all day long.
