First off, with the changing main images, the changing quotes, and the changing "success stories", there is too much activity on the main page .... it`s hard to focus or see where I want to start with everything changing every few seconds. Other than that, it looks very informative and positive.

In your code, you have a huge amount of javascript, probably for all of the changing content, and the site is built with html tables .... your current code could be trimmed down and use JS and CSS file includes for faster loading and possible SEO benefits.

Your "h" tags are present, but not utilizing keywords that would be effective, and you need unique page titles and descriptions for more effective SEO.

Great critique by webline. You need to get the javascript of the page and into it`s own seperate file if you must keep the rotators. Many people think you need a flashy site, the truth is  that effective sites are often like acham`s razor (if that is how you spell it)" all else being equal the simplest website is the right one. " That was modified for this of course. Table are not that big of a deal as long as your site loads fast, but I am sure the java is slowing you down. Fairly solid site though. i would consider adding a vertical left nav bar for more direct site navigation. You great backlinks from business week and others though.

P.S. we have been so busy with clients I have not had anytime for our own. It`s a bad examle. Try clermont insurance for a good example of clean effective layouts. They convert like wildfire since we stook over their online marketing. Here is the disaster that was their old site old site. insurewithsouthern.com

I think it is a very well designed website. It`s sharp in design and is easy to navigate through. Overall well done. I hope it`s a success for you.

I see that you do the # trick for menu elements that have sub-options. However, i would make them consistent and function as the others do. If i want to just click on the top menu button without navigating to a submenu, i want it to go somewhere, not just reload the page i`m already on. If you can, make the top menu options, like "programs and products", navigate to a page that explains the entire category and then links into the subcategories from there. And keep it to where the menu also drops down, so those who have been there before can navigate straight to those sections.
