I have recently finished an intensive business plan for a restaurant concept for downtown Austin.  I have may years of experience in this field in the most competitive market (New York City) in the country.  My experience includes working with many of the top chefs of our generation, consulting for hotels and restaurants in Manhattan, managing two and three star restaurants, invitations by top chefs to help showcase their work in the United States and many parts of Asia and creating, marketing and implementing business models in this industry. 
This concept is backed by my experience and a menu developed by one of the top chefs in the country (nationally recognized and accredited).  The concept is subtly nostalgic in its aesthetic yet retains an innovative approach for the psychology and tradition of service.  We are looking for $1.5 M in capital and would like this funding to come from the Austin area.  However, we will not discriminate by geographic region if the prospective investor is truly excited about this concept. 
Although we have recently submitted the Form D for our LLC offering, I will wait to reveal detailed narrative and financial descriptions until honest interest in actively investing or interest to aid in the pursuit of capital is expressed.
