There is a lesson in this video for small businesses competing with big ones and I`m not talking about targeting niche markets. ;-)

I don`t want to call any names but some of the big companies have really poor customer service, perhaps precisely because they`re big and you become just another number for them.

Would love to hear your views,
Aleem

P.S.
The rabbit vs. the snake video is the one I`m talking about.

ROFL!! That was a fantastic video!! I`ve NEVER seen a rabbit in the context of being an aggressive predator!! Fabulous, and thanks for posting the link. :-D

It`s a terrrific metaphor of persistence, and continuing to pursue a goal.

I too watched the video.ROFL It was good to see the dog as an aggressor and could see how they could pertain to business. No matter how big the competion is you can stand up for what you believe in. That was his back yard and he wasn`t going to let anyone try to take it over.

I agree that customer service can be poor in many major business. I think that they choose to forget or ignore the customer. That is why I am optomistic about small business going forward. They have the ability to see the perspective from both sides. Those that treat the customer with respect will continue to do well.
