At first i was thinking your prices were outrageous, because most of the distribution and vso anyone can do, but i checked out some of your video`s and the production quality isn`t half bad. If i may, i`d recommend using some sort of acoustic paneling for your audio recording. Your mic`s seem to be ok quality, but you get that comb filtering and long spectral decay sound that is representative of that commonly recognized "cheap/low budget" audio. A good example of this is your hatefiring example video. If you couple a good mic with some precisely placed mid-frequency absorbing panel treatments it should give you a lot more clarity. It may be difficult depending on the angle of the video, but for the most part it should be possible in all production setups.
I would also recommend watching your font usage. This Banner has a pretty terrible font choice, to be blunt. You should be creative with your font, but the banners main font is too hard to read. If i have to concentrate to read what it says, it will not act as a good banner, which is meant more for a call to action device.

I agree on the banner. When I first came to the site (again), I couldn`t easily see what you`re doing at all. The landing page is so busy, there`s no coherent layout or visual pathway. So I looked at the banner to give me a sense of what`s going on.

Then I couldn`t read the banner.

All in all, I`d discuss the layout with a graphics layout professional. See about using some headlines, quick bullet points, and other elements to get across your elevator pitch more visually.

I liked the overall look of the website, I agree with CraigL and Jarrod1937 about the banner, it just doesn`t fit in.
I cant comment on product quality or prices but you seem to have covered most of the bases for getting traffic and getting the word out there, also concentrating on a local area like Los Angeles should help, then again as I live in the UK Los Angeles is probably half the size of this country!
It looks like you put a lot of work into this and it shows, the competition is a great idea and given the value of the prize should get some attention from local business.

Nope, the original poster apparently was banished to the Phantom Zone, cause they`re gone and you`re the first post. :-D Now people can have a mystery as to what the web site was that we`re talking about. LOL!

Lol, yeah, its an odd thing to happen. I reported it assuming its a software error, though it would be odd to have this sort of functionality intentionally

I`m the original poster! I don`t believe I`ve been banished to the Phantom Zone. In fact, I`ve been appreciating the excellent feedback so far. Thanks for reporting Jarrod1937.

SpotZero :-)
This is just a weird glitch. Nobody get`s banned from SuN unless they`re really and truly causing a major disturbance on a regular basis, and even then, it`s not likely to happen---being banned, I mean. Just so you know, and don`t feel you`ve been singled out.
