Recession proof business in Southern Utah is looking for a couple small investors to help them continue their demanding growth.

We are in the Payday loan industry and currently have two brick and mortar locations. Our Cedar City, UT location has been open 6.5 years and our St. George, UT location has been open just under 2 years. With the communities in a financial crunch we are over lent. We are forced to turn away good loans every day due to lack of growth capitol. With the proper funding, we will thrive in today`s economy.

We are looking to pay 15-18% on a total of 40K split between 1-8 investors. We are very flexible on term lengths and currently have investors on notes from 2-5 years. We also have investors doing interest only for the first 1-2 years.
