Remember Dial-up? The use of the word is almost nostalgic today. Broadband swooped in and has changed the Internet experience dramatically offering up services like YouTube and on-demand television shows and iTunes.

Here`s hoping that if Comcast has it, the DSL providers will follow. Then there`s that Internet 2 in the works, and that`s supposed to be high bandwidth. Wonder when that`ll show up.... :-)

That will sure eat up the 10GB/month limit that Comcast recently slapped on every cable broadband customer.
