Nice job David!

Something that I've just started experimenting with recently is video marketing, which might fit under #2 - Social Marketing.  But at the same time it definitely helps with seo and making blogs more "sticky".

I'll keep an eye out for more of your stuff.  Thanks again.

Take care,

Keith

Thanks, Keith! You're absolutely correct about video marketing, and with the advent of sites like youtube, it's becoming more and more prevalent.

By the way, being a copywriter myself, I checked out your website. Great stuff - keep up the good work!

Promotion of a website is a function of available funds, time, skill and mental stamina. Nobody says it is easy. But done right, the results are rewarding.

Briefly discussed below are the methods that I have found effective through years of trial and error:

1. SEO:

Investment in a good search engine optimization service is very important. Search engines pick out your specific keywords and this SEO process helps in ensuring that your site is indexed by these engines for your keywords.

2. Link building:

Link excahnge, Swaps and back linking helps to attract traffic between linked sites. This means sharing of traffic in a symbiotic relationship.

3. Forum posting, article writing, E-book marketing and Ezines are also helpful in attraction of targetted traffic to your site.

4. Social media marketing.

Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin among others are great soureces for targetted traffic if correctly used.

5. Use of video sites such as YouTube are also invaluable in getting your word out.

6. Email marketing is also a great resource if used in compliance to non spam regulations.

7. Pay per Click campaigns may cost money but are probably the most effective and require less work to execute.

Many other methods can be used. None is exclusive or 'best'. A combination of all will never fail you.

We would be honored to take you through the process of building your online presence or simply growing your business for you.
