I remember seeing your first site, and this one looks much better than your last update. However, when you click on the links for Nancy`s Vacation Packages, you go back to the old look. I think you have a great start. This will not be your only updates, but I thought you have a great start.

Biggest issue is the black text on navy background. There should be more contrast, and you can look at a color wheel for help there. Find either the text color or background, then choose what`s opposite on the color wheel. As it is, it`s hard to read. 

WOW, I just realized that it took forever for my site to load!! What can I do to change this???

Your site loaded in under 10 seconds on my system, so I`m guessing you just had one of those weird moments where the Web was running slowly in your area. Or your ISP may have been doing something with their servers at the time. 

Check the file sizes of the images you are using.
For example, your "topimg.jpg" file is 89kb. You want to try to keep
image files as small as possible, 20kb is ok.

The Dugan`s travel logo is 133kb. The skier is 56kb; race car 109kb.
Ooo, a big one - girl with headset = 348kb!

Downloading all those images can make your site slow to completely load.

All images should be resized to the size you need on your site PRIOR to
putting them on the webpage.  Rather than using the original image and changing
the size (that does not reduce the original file size).

Yeah, you can tell the images were resized by HTML, vs. using something like Pixresizer to resize them - most are a bit fuzzy.
