Your product sounds great. Just a couple of comments about your post, if I may:

1. You posted to a thread that has been dormant for two years.

2. Saying that you need either 25K or 50K could project uncertainty. If there is a specific reason for either /or then you may want to elaborate or state a single amount you are trying to acquire.

3. The amount you seek is certainly below the VC world and probably below the professional angel's typical deal size.  Success will likely come from your "expanded" network.

Hi there, I’m curious how this is going to pin out for the funds seekers in this post.

Even if this guy has the $25 Ks he’s talking about, I doubt that such a small amount would help any small business to grow. With that being said, I don’t think that he will make any investments. He’s probably trying to sell you something (probably a service) or charge you a fee for something you don’t need.

Read the signs! An email address for exelinvestments.com with no corresponding website. Why bother anyways for such a measly amount. He either can’t spell or doesn’t care because he’s going to ditch it in a few weeks anyways.
