100% agree on #3 - The Senior Market.   "Senior Care", "Nursing Homes" and "Assisted Living" is a booming search term right now.  

Great industry to get in since the baby boomers have entered this stage of their lives.

I agree with the list that Seniors are a really big sector these days. Seniors are in the game longer these days. Many are working longer and others are becoming more interested in technology (both my 70-year old parents have iPhones). Used to be Seniors would hit 65 and fade out. Not so much these days.
