Maybe the best "prize" of all is the complete attention of a half dozen of the premier early stage investors in the world attending a 1-hour presentation that the Top 5 Winners will be given the opportunity to deliver.

When we started StartupNation, we made a conscious decision to ensure that a signature value proposition of the company and brand would be "access". That`s exactly what we`re trying to stick to by making this extremely difficult-to-get audiences a reality for entrepreneurs.

Good luck, folks!

The Adventures of Scuba Jack will be entering the contest.  I think that it is hard to get friends and clients to vote.  We just did the startupnation business contest, now we are in the "mom" business contest, and now it is the elevator pitch??!

I don`t think that the vote amount means a great deal.  The highest vote getter last competition was 15,000.  Our company got 1300!  They got the most votes, but their company wasn`t exactly the best business???

Too many competitions grouped together.  Our company is similiar to Baby Einstein and has great potential for ROI, but I doubt we will be in the top 5!

As a young entrepreneur I thrive off of competition. I intend to bring my "A" game and make it into the top 5.

Is anyone else having problems uploading an MP3 file?

Hello,
I`m having some problems with the file upload too. I`m trying to load a wmv video file and it just keeps showing that its uploading and dosen`t show a completed upload. I have a high speed connection and haven`t had any other problems uploading. The form doesn`t say anything about file size limits; is there a size limit? My file file is about 19 mb. Should I compress it further? I did the "contact us" thing with no response. Any help would appreciated. I wanna get it up there so my millions of faithful followers can vote as soon as they go live! ;-)

Thanks,
Dave

Hey Rich,
Thanks for responding. Looks like your guys have been working on the page. Things look much better and I was able to upload the file this morning. But the preview of the video file isn`t working. It seems to be doing the same thing as the upload was before. Just keeps saying its loading media. I`m guessing they`re probably still debugging, so I`ll just cool my jets and wait and see what happens later.

Thanks again!
