     My partner and I have a mortgage site and a realestate site, and we also have the new nonprofit. All three sites listed below. With running these businesses and taking care of clients I don`t have endless hours to create websites. The mortgage and realestate sites are templates from a company called Alamode. They have some great features that I don`t have the expertise myself to create, like online secure applications and built in ad and newsletter programs to send out to our database. I don`t like how wordy they are and have a few pages that I changed. The nonprofit site I am using the Microsoft Office Live free software and it`s ok and simple. I have contacted local companies to get proposals, and none have responded. The mortgage and realestate sites we wnat to have a similar feel and linked. The non profit we want to be different and warmer. I look forward to all comments and will consider proposals as well.

Your first problem is with the code itself, which is probably the hardest part since you did not write it yourself. The homepages of these links (just a single page) had 33, 19, and 126 errors respectively. I found this by going to this validator and putting in your URL.

Your content on the nonprofit works, but it is not formatted well on my browser. My guess is that the code is made for Internet Explorer, because it is a Microsoft Live product. The problem with this is that you want your site to be accessible to people with older browsers, or those not using IE - essentially the other 40% of the population. Accessibility is always key for nonprofit sites, because the audience is wider than commercial sites.

The growing city on the second one is a bit weird. It`s catchy ... but it`s not drawing attention to what you want your customers to see the most. You don`t want them to see some cute Flash thing. You want them to see why you are the right person for their needs!

I like that the loan site says right at the top "GET THE BEST MORTGAGE LOAN FOR YOU". That is a great leading statement for someone looking for a loan.

So those are what I can offer you from the start. My biggest problems are all code-related with it, so it`s a little hard for me to offer that. Please let me know if you are interested in that side of it, and I`ll list all those.

This is the first thing I saw when i visited www.erealtyoptions.com  nd www.emortgageoptions.com which effectively ended my visit to your sites as I wasn`t about to download flash just to view a real estate or mortgage site!

Wow, I didn`t realize the errors were there and that the Flash was a problem. I changed the theme of the site to see if that would eliminate.

The second growth of the city is a bit weird. `Trumpet catchy ... but it does not draw attention to what you want your customers to see the most. You do not want them to see some cute glitters. Do you want them to see, why they need the right people!
