Although you didn't ask for feedback, I feel compelled to offer a few comments:

1. You post could be interpreted as "making an offer of securities" - which may put you afoul of the SEC regulations

2. If you are seeking investment capital. your "15% ROI" offer may be a turn off to your potential target investor.

3. Having a strong team in place is always key. If you have the team in place, I would mention that.
