For 8 years, I have run my own web dev company.  I have 2-7 contractors that I utilize currently, depending upon workload.  I went from making $20k a year to where I am now at $100k a year.  All of my work comes from existing clients by way of extra work, or referrals.  I have management down to a point to where I feel comfortable taking on a good amount more of work.  What ideas do you all have for me?  Part of the reason for this post is not just excitement to move forward, but nervousness in having to rely of work coming "to" me.

You might consider radio advertising in your regional market. It`s not as expensive as other forms of advertising, and you can target your market if you`d like, by focusing on radio-station demographics. AM talk shows are a good way to do that, and have pretty defined audience demographics. You also can "constrain" your business to a region, if you want, or advertise on a national level. That could be your growth path.
