I agree with your points especially #6 (They don't advertise)

Online you have everything given too you meaning the product,

salesletter etc. You can be a affiliate marketer and promote someone

else product but if you are not advertising you won't make a dime.

I think it`s a great article, too, and would add "lack of follow-up." It`s more than customer service, it`s day-to-day correspondence, answering questions, helping people complete an order. :)
