Chad,
I assume you have selected a location for your Card Room.
Are you primarily interested in a loan or are you planning for some type of security sale to an investor?
I would be interested in an investment like this but I would think the biggest challenge would be getting a license. Most states only grant a limited number and when one becomes available... the cost is astronomical.
